The parcel label number is a fourteen-character number, which is assigned explicitly to one parcel. Online consignors can find  it in the section "Mein Paket". If you have bought a parcel label in one of our Pickup parcel shops, you'll find the parcel number on your invoice.

With the PIN number you are able to check the status of your parcel online or you can change the day, respectively the place of the delivery with just a few clicks on myDPD.at.
