If our driver is not able to meet you to deliver the parcel, you will get a parcel information card (in your mail box or on your door). With this card we inform you for example about your parcel being left at your desired location or left with a neighbour or at one of our Pickup Parcel shops for you to pick up.

Recipients of Predict-Parcels have the opportunity to reroute their parcel using the myDPD.at before the very first delivery. Before the scheduled delivery we send you an email to inform you about a 2 hour time frame in which you can expect your parcel to be delivered.
