Options for receiving missed parcels

We wanted to deliver a parcel to you and you were not there.

We tried to deliver a parcel to you but unfortunately we didn't find you. Our driver left you notification in the form of a parcel delivery notice. You can now use this to choose the most suitable option for you to receive your parcel.

All you need for this is the parcel delivery notice number (you will find this on the parcel delivery notice our driver left for you) and your post code.

Get information on the status of a parcel you are expecting

Are you expecting a parcel delivery from us and you would like to check the status of the parcel?

As soon as you receive the parcel notification number from the sender, you can find out the status of the parcel delivery yourself at any time: Simply enter this at the top right of the screen in the “Tracking“ field and check the current status of the parcel.

The parcel you are expecting appears to be lost? Or we have delivered a parcel and you want to report damage?
