You can view the current parcel status here and check whether the parcel has arrived with the consignee in the meantime.

…then just enter your parcel label number in the “Tracking” box on the top right of the screen and press enter to see the current status of your parcel.

Is your parcel believed to have gone astray?
In order to be able to search for your parcel, we require full details of the type of packaging and the contents of the parcel.

Please download the “search enquiry” form on your computer, complete this fully and send it by e-mail, fax or letter to DPD Switzerland.
