Commercial courier, express and postal service specialists inform customers about the services offered by DPD, draw up quotations and accept orders. They plan tours and allocate personnel to specific operations, while giving top priority to customer service. The aim is to develop all-rounders with a good command of our business and who can organise the implementation, monitoring and management of parcel shipping, know and comply with legal regulations and considerations of economy and can contribute to the development of the kind of service offers required by the market. The vocational profile is specifically tailored to the requirements of our industry.
The period of training for this qualification is three years.
