As the shipper you can increase the satisfaction of your customers by offering them a unique new service – with FlexDelivery consignees can now decide for themselves when delivery is to be made.On the day of dispatch the consignee is informed about the day on which the parcel will be delivered. If this day is convenient nothing else needs to be done. However, if the consignee is unable to take delivery on that particular day he or she has the possibility of arranging for the parcel to be delivered on any one of the next three days.

The benefits of FlexDelivery at a glance:
The consignee specifies the day of delivery
- On the day of dispatch the consignee is informed by SMS or email about the day of delivery. If necessary he or she can delay the delivery by up to 3 days. If we hear nothing from the consignee we automatically deliver the parcel the next day (Monday - Friday).
|
| The consignee is informed about the time window for the delivery
- On the specified date of delivery the consignee is notified by email or SMS about a concrete time window of up to 6 hours during which the parcel will be delivered.

The shipper benefits from high customer satisfaction
- Because consignees can actively specify when their parcel is to be delivered they are in a position to plan their own time much better. This is the unique benefit provided by FlexDelivery. The result is a high level of customer satisfaction, and satisfied consignees won't hesitate to place further orders with the same shipper.
