Parcel consignees who aren't at home when our driver calls now have the possibility to arrange for a new delivery at www.neuzustellung.de - free of charge, 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

All they need to do is provide the number on their delivery notification card and their postcode. And if their delivery instructions are received before midnight we will, as a rule, deliver their parcel the very next working day.

Delivery on a different date

The consignee specifies the date on which we make the new delivery.

Delivery to a different address

The consignee specifies a different address in Germany, for example that of a neighbour or their place of work.

Delivery with authorisation to deposit

The consignee specifies a place where the parcel can be deposited, e.g. on the workbench in the garage.

Delivery to a DPD Parcel-Shop

The consignee selects a nearby DPD Parcel-Shop. Parcels can be collected at any time during the next seven days.
