We continuously plan and develop improvements in the fields of the environment, our workforce and society. We make every effort to safeguard the longterm business success of our company by innovative products and services while dealing responsibly with our environment.

At our various locations there are numerous examples of how we are implementing sustainable development practices. In the environmental field we are working on reducing CO2 emissions and actively promote waste avoidance and recycling. We are operating pilot projects to test the use of innovative technologies such as vehicles driven by gas or electricity. Our delivery staff benefit from driver safety training, our workforce as a whole from safety in the workplace and from a range of facilities promoting health consciousness.

In addition DPD is also active on a regional basis – and not just in sports sponsorship. Our staff collect donations for social institutions and get involved on an honorary basis in a range of organisations. It goes without saying that they receive support in these activities from DPD.
