International cash on delivery Following the needs of our customers and the market in November 2009 was raised to a higher level of cash on delivery (COD) service which means that it is now available to our contracted partners for the international collection of cash on delivery as well. International cash on delivery service can be achieved in Germany, Slovakia and Romania. What should the international COD?  You must have the Weblabel program  It's available just for our constructed customers.
