At DPD courier, express and postal service specialists receive comprehensive training in all aspects of stores operations. They get to know all areas of our sorting and handling facilities and transport operations, as well as a number of commercial sections, in which they will play an active part from the very start. In the process they learn how to work with IT-aided administrative systems, create tour and load schedules, draw up and checking accompanying documentation, provide support in claims processing and record shipment data. They are also regularly involved in project work.
The period of training for this qualification is two years.
