Office communications specialists are all-rounders who carry out a range of responsibilities in the office. One major component of their training is learning how to use all modern communications resources. After completing their training office communication specialists are employed at DPD for example in customer service, sales or in the accounts department. They advise customers on all questions of logistics and implement their wishes competently. Their daily tasks include the selection and planning of the optimum means of transport, the calculation of prices and ensuring that customers are satisfied.
The training period for this profession is three years.
