Returns service As the shipper you can offer your customers a service which will enable them to return parcels in a really convenient way. This is how it works: When you dispatch the shipment you send your customer a return label, either enclosed with the parcel or as a PDF attachment to an email. The consignee can then use the label to hand the parcel in at the nearest DPD Parcel-Shop for the return shipment.
