How do I get in contact with DPD?

Do you have a question about sending a parcel?

Fill in the contact form for senders and we will contact you as soon as possible. Do not forget to enter your 14-digit parcel number. That improves the speed.

Do you have a question about receiving a parcel?

Then fill in the contact form for recipients. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Would you rather speak to someone? Then call the employees of our Customer Service at missing dynamic field: tel_nr (at local rate) and they will help you further. We are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. On Saturday we are available from 9.00 am till 5.00 pm.

DPD Nederland has insight into parcels from recipients in the Netherlands. If you live abroad, unfortunately we cannot help you. In that case, please contact a DPD office in your country. On dpd.com you will find a link to all foreign offices.
