Therefore we will do our best to deliver your parcels with the utmost care, mainly focussing on convenience and service for you and your customer. Therefore with Predict your customer will be informed in advance on the planned delivery date. If the customer is inconvenienced by the scheduled delivery date, he or she can notify us immediately and arrange for an alternative date. On the delivery date, the recipient is notified of the timeframe in which the DPD driver will deliver the parcel.
