Account Manager Account Manager Work activities As an account manager you develop and expand the sales capacity and you enlarge the brand awareness of DPD. Besides this you are responsible for expanding the market by introducing and offering (new) DPD products and services to new and existing customers. Several administrative duties are also part of the job, such as making visiting reports and offers and putting together surveys of the achieved results.

Profile

• At least a Higher Vocational Education (HBO) (commercial studies), successfully finished
• At least two years of work experience in the commercial external duty.
• A thorough command of the Dutch and English and (preferably) German language, orally and in writing 
• Result-oriented and immune to stress
• Service and customer-oriented attitude
• You are a proactive, accurate, well-organized and systematic worker, you have a positive attitude, perseverance and the power of persuasion.
• The ability to work both solo and in a team  

In the Netherlands DPD operates from nine depots in Amsterdam, Best, Etten-Leur, Joure, Tynaarlo, Meppel, Rijssen, Rotterdam and Veenendaal.
