Customer Service Agent Work activities As a Customer Service Agent you give information about parcels, by telephone and in writing, and take care to stimulate the straight flow of a parcel. You are also expected to settle reports of damage according to fixed procedures and to process returns correctly.

Profile

• Intermediate Vocational Education (MBO) (administrative studies), successfully finished
• Affinity with working in a call centre and/or experience with dealing with complaints has the preference
• Good communicative skills in Dutch, English and (preferably) German, orally and in writing.
• Service- and customer-oriented attitude
• You have stamina and persuasiveness
• Immune to stress
• The ability to work both solo and in a team

In the Netherlands DPD operates from nine depots in Amsterdam, Best, Etten-Leur, Joure, Tynaarlo, Meppel, Rijssen, Rotterdam and Veenendaal.
