Teamleader Operations Work activities As Teamleader Operations you are responsible for coordinating, optimizing and managing the execution and control of the daily operational duties in the warehouse of the depot with regard to the processing of incoming and outgoing parcels. You are also responsible for managing, coaching and motivating the employees of the department. You are expected to think along in improving the logistic process in order to support the Operations Manager. In the absence of the Operations Manager you are capable of taking over the operational and executive duties.

Profile

• Ability to work and think on Intermediate vocational education (MBO) level
• Two years of relevant work experience  
• Knowledge and insight into logistic processes
• Executive ability  
• Immune to stress, flexible and with persuasiveness  
• Good command of the Dutch language, orally and in writing
• Capable to work at night.

In the Netherlands DPD operates from nine depots in Amsterdam, Best, Etten-Leur, Joure, Meppel, Rijssen, Rotterdam, Tynaarlo and Veenendaal.
