Selection procedure

Did you find an interesting vacancy and did you apply? After receipt of your application we send you a confirmation of receipt by email. The selection procedure varies per vacancy. In general the procedure is as follows:

First interview
After receipt of your application we check if your motivation and CV have enough ground in common with the vacancy. It’s our aim to inform you within ten days if you are invited for a first interview. In this interview we go more deeply into your knowledge, experience and interests. We also check if your whishes fit in with ours.

Second interview 
If the results of this first interview are positive, a second interview will follow. Besides that an assessment or a screening can be part of the procedure.

Offer
If the interviews went well, we make you an offer and you can get going at DPD!

Certificate of good conduct and references
When you start working for DPD your references will be checked at your previous employers. You must hand in a ‘certificate of good conduct’ (this also applies to trainees, joining DPD longer than 3 months).
