The product DPD Home offers a responsible service of high quality delivery of the consignments to private persons. It is a simple solution for example for the Internet shops (e-shops) providing plenty of the tools increasing the comfort of their customers.
A DPD courier shall deliver a consignment to the private address anywhere within the territory of the Slovak Republic. DPD Home includes a standard time of delivery on the next working day, insurance up to 2,500 €, three attempts to deliver consignments and backward shipping to sender in the case of an undeliverable consignment.
The service is available only for the DPD’s contractual customers.
