The customer concludes a special agreement with the service provider relating to the shipping of COD parcels. Before handing over the parcel for shipping the customer provides the service provider with details of the COD amount in the currency of the country of destination and the type of collection required. The highest permitted COD International amount per parcel is 520 €. Delivery to the recipient is implemented only against payment of the indicated COD amount in the type of collection specified.
Digital financial history provides full transparency at every stage of the transaction. We will only deliver your parcel in return for immediate payment - with a maximum amount of 6 640 € to the Hungary and Poland. The amount of cash on delivery to the Czech Republic is 70 000, - CZK.

Financial life cycle
When your C.O.D. parcel reaches the dispatch depot, all the relevant data is immediately recorded and sent on to the recipient depot. As soon as the C.O.D. amount has been paid in at the recipient depot, the remaining stages of the financial transaction are automatically activated.
