ISO 9001: certified quality management DPD focuses closely on the requirements of its customers and sets itself the highest benchmarks when it comes to service and quality. With the aim of continuous improvement the DPD quality management system (QMS) monitors this constantly on the basis of reliable key data. TÜV SÜD, the certifiying body, has checked the QMS operated by DPD and certified it in accordance with ISO 9001.
ISO 14001: certified environmental management Transparent, open to scrutiny and effective – this is how DPD assumes responsibility for the environment. In line with this DPD has set itself demanding and measurable overall environmental targets which are to be attained by a range of individual activities. DPD systematically measures its own progress in this respect on the basis of firmly defined criteria, while the company's environmental management system is also certified in accordance with ISO 14001 and is regularly checked by TÜV SÜD.
