This is how simply DPD's returns logistics works for you and your customers:
- You place the collection request either online via www.DPD-business.at or you contact your DPD depot. At the same time you tell your customer to have the parcel packed and ready for collection.
- On the selected working day the return parcel is picked up and returned to the required address via the DPD system.
- And as usual, each DPD parcel can be tracked all the way to its destination, with the parcel history visible at all times.
- As a special service for free DPD customers receive promptly a message about unsuccessful returns: the RH-InfoMail. This information also includes reasons for return problems. It is even possible only to be informed about a certain reason for unsuccessful returns. The only thing we need for sending you this message is your e-mail address.
