You just have to pack your parcel for shipment (here you find the latest shipping guidelines) and bring it to the next Pickup parcelshop nearby. The size of your parcels determines the price of your shipment. This will be determined by a certified tape directly in your Pickup parcelshop, or you check it out online, with our girth and volumetric weight calculator.
The latest status of your shipment can be easily checked on myDPD.at any time.
You have ordered online and your are not at home at the time of delivery? - No problem. On myDPD.at you can easily change your delivery address to a nearby Pickup parcelshop. On your way home you pass by the chosen Pickup parcelshop, do your shopping and pick up your parcel.
For pick up we kindly ask you to have an ID for identifcation with you.
With the DPD Return Service you can send back ordered goods to the sender free of charge any time. You just need the DPD Return label. This is either enclosed in your parcel or you receive it via E-Mail from your online-shop for print out.
Stick the DPD Return label on your parcel - over the old label - and bring the parcel to your next Pickup parcelshop.
