Our parcel delivery service operates Monday to Saturday, from 08.30 to 18.00. If the sender has used the Predict service, you’ll be informed of the day and time slot when your delivery will be made. You can follow your parcel on www.dpd.com/tracking.

If the sender has used the Predict service, you’ll be informed of the day and time slot when your delivery will be made. While we do our very best to deliver at the designated time, this time is an estimate. Delays can sometimes occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you didn’t receive your parcel, the driver might have delivered it at your neigbour or at a Pickup parcelshop. The notification left by the driver gives you the right information. In case you don’t find back the notification, we are happy to help you. Reach us on 070/222 222.
The driver will make one delivery attempt. You’re not there? The driver will try to deliver your parcel to your neighbour or at a Pickup parcelshop, so that you may receive your parcel as soon as possible.
