Interview with our customer KREANDO

We maintain cooperative relationships with our customers. This is also the case with KREANDO, an ambitious creative store in Switzerland.
For customer feedback, we asked Karin Schneider, Managing Director of KREANDO, three questions:

1. KREANDO and DPD - a heart and soul, so to speak, for how long now? "We have been working with DPD since KREANDO was founded in 2015. We are very satisfied with DPD's service and so it is a continuously growing partnership."

2. the cooperation - what do you particularly like about it?
"We really appreciate the personal exchange with our responsible customer consultant. In addition, we maintain a good relationship with the DPD driver - he is very friendly and open to our concerns and wishes. Customer proximity is particularly strong at DPD and we like that a lot."

3. three words you use to describe DPD - what are they?
"Reliable, fast and friendly."
