What is a signature release authorisation?
With a signature release authorisation, you allow us to leave your parcel at a spot you choose on your property – even if no one is home. Whether it’s behind the garden shed, in the garage or on the terrace: you decide the location, and we’ll deliver your parcel reliably right there.

With our myDPD Tool or now the brand new myDPD App, you can quickly and easily set up your signature release authorisation yourself with just a few clicks. No more sticking notes on the mailbox and hoping your parcel gets left in the right spot. That's a thing of the past! From now on, the driver receives your signature release authorisation directly and digitally on their scanner.
And if you happen to not be at home and haven’t set up a signature release authorisation yet, our driver will leave a flyer with a QR code where you can easily register your preference.
