We make returns simple. Who hasn’t experienced it: it doesn’t fit, you’re dissatisfied or you accidentally ordered the wrong item? No problem! With us, you can return your parcel quickly and without any hassle. What do you need to do? Just use our DPD Web Parcel Tool or drop your parcel off directly at one of our DPD Pickup parcelshops and we’ll take care of the rest.
Not satisfied with your order and want to send it back? There are several options:
Your order may include a return label provided by the sender. If this is not the case, you can request one from the sender. Once you receive it, simply print the label and attach it to your parcel – done and ready to ship.
Some shippers also offer the "Return my Parcel" service. This is a technical integration between DPD and the respective sender, allowing you to conveniently register your return via an online portal.
Create a label directly in our DPD Web Parcel Tool and take your parcel to one of our DPD Pickup parcelshops. We’ll take care of the rest.
Note: With this option, you need to pay for the label yourself.
