We do everything we can to make the delivery process as easy and transparent as possible. With our tracking system and flexible redirection options, we give recipients full control of their parcel delivery.
The opening hours of our DPD Pickup parcelshops have been adapted to the requirements of the FOPH and may differ from the published times. Please note the current measures against the coronavirus from the FOPH in your canton.
With the Follow My Parcel service, you can track your parcel live during delivery and redirect it up to 15 minutes before final handover. You can choose from the following four delivery options:
Give us a signature release authorisation online. We’ll leave your parcel in a safe place at your house, where you can find it later – you just tell us where.
Have your parcel delivered to a new delivery address, such as your workplace or to a neighbour.

If your parcel was shipped using the additional service Predict, you’ll receive a message via SMS or email with the link to Follow My Parcel.
If you’re not at home, we’ll leave a parcel information note. With the message number, the QR code and your postcode, you can go directly to the Follow My Parcel live-tracking feature and the corresponding delivery options at www.dpdgetyourparcel.ch.
