Our options
Predict
The recipient receives two delivery notifications: One working day before delivery and on the day of delivery with a one-hour time slot. On the "Follow My Parcel" platform, the consignee can track the parcel live and choose one of the four redirection options up to 15 minutes before delivery (issue drop-off authorisation, change delivery address, change delivery day, redirect to DPD Pickup parcelshop).
Collection
This option includes collecting parcels from consignees and returning them to the sender or to third parties (e.g. manufacturers, repair shops).
Guarantee
Delivery within the standard delivery times is guaranteed with a money-back guarantee.
