For single-family homes, the letter/milk crate and a shelter protected from the weather and out of sight.
For apartment blocks, the weather-protected stairwell.
** The minimum volume of DPD PARCELLETTERS is 100-200 parcels per day - each offer is individually checked in advance to see whether shipping with this service is possible. This service is also suitable for parcel shipping to business customers.

Guarantee
Delivery within the standard delivery times is guaranteed with a money-back guarantee.
Insurance
For valuable consignments, you can take out high value insurance up to a maximum of CHF 5,000 per parcel. This also covers valuable parcels.
Pickup Parcelshop
Our Pickup network consists of over 400 DPD Pickup parcelshops. The DPD Pickup parcelshops can be reached by all consignees anywhere in the country in a maximum of 15 minutes. Attractive opening hours, easy access and the highest quality provide consignees with great convenience and time savings.
Predict
The recipient receives two delivery notifications: One working day before delivery and on the day of delivery with a one-hour time window. On the "Follow My Parcel" platform, the consignee can track the parcel live and select one of the four redirection options up to 15 minutes before delivery (issue drop-off authorisation, change delivery address, change delivery day, redirect to DPD Pickup parcelshop).
Tyres
The tyres are delivered using the normal routes. Fast, safe and professional as usual.
Returns
Returns cannot always be avoided, but their handling can be simplified considerably. DPD offers various options in conjunction with DPD shipping to make it as easy as possible for the consignee to return the parcel. We offer customised solutions: Choose the right option for providing the returns label!
Wine logistics
Thanks to our expertise and many years of experience, this option offers the dispatch of wine bottles without further packaging. The wine bottles are sorted and dispatched by hand; the recipient receives their wine in the original packaging.
