According to the decision of the federal government, the performance-related heavy vehicle fee (HVF) was adjusted from 0.15 % to 0.3 %. This is a pass-through item and is passed on by DPD on a 1:1 basis.
Since 1 January 2023, the fuel surcharge will be called the energy surcharge. The surcharge will remain variable, will be calculated every month and will be published on this page by the 5th working day of the month. We would be happy to show you how the surcharge is calculated.
We use the official SFSO national consumer price index (CPI), which serves as the base value.
We use an internal calculation basis based on the mileage (in km) of our delivery and scheduled transport.
Technology transformation is used with 3 % of the energy surcharge.
To ensure that your shipments arrive safely, reliably and on time, we continuously invest in modern security and IT infrastructure.
These measures lead to rising costs, but they are essential for smooth operations and the protection of your data.
IT Security Infrastructure
Your data remains protected through the ongoing development of modern firewalls and access control systems. These solutions help keep cyberattacks and unauthorized access at bay. You can rely on our IT team to always stay up to date.
System Stability and Data Security
Stable IT operations make sure your shipments are processed smoothly. Technical and organisational safeguards protect sensitive shipping and customer data from loss or misuse. This enables us to maintain a high level of service availability – even with growing shipment volumes.
Physical Security
We rely on preventive measures, such as random checks by qualified service providers. Cooperation with authorities strengthens security along the entire supply chain. Our goal: to identify risks at an early stage and reduce them consistently.
Certified security
Our processes and measures meet the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001:2022. This certification confirms that we regularly review and improve the protection of your data and the quality of our services.
A transparent approach to security matters is important to us. You benefit from a well- structured combination of technology, organisation and responsibility – for shipping you can rely on.
