What can I do if I do not want to sign for the parcel delivery?

Once you have the package information for your package, you can give us your deposit okay at www.dpdgetyourparcel.ch. If you do not have the package information, you can also give us a one-time or general deposit okay using our specified form. With your deposit okay, we will deposit your parcel without requiring your signature.

My house has a door code - where can I tell the driver?

When accessing www.dpdgetyourparcel.ch, you can leave a comment in the grey field under \"grant signature release authorisation for a safe location\". This will then be sent to our driver, who will leave the package at the entrance to your house.
