My parcel has not arrived - where can I report this?

If there is a loss or theft, please contact your sender. The sender will contact our claims department.

Do you have a claim on hand?

If the shipment is damaged and you would like to report the damage, please complete the following form in full and send it to DPD Switzerland using "Send form", including the required documents. Please note the reporting deadlines: damage or partial loss must be reported to DPD in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To enable us to inspect the goods and packaging if necessary, the goods and packaging are neither to be used nor destroyed, but are to be kept until the clarifications have been completed.

To enable us to search for the parcel, we need detailed information from you on the type of packaging and the contents of the parcel. Please fill in the form completely and send it to DPD Switzerland via "Send form", including the required documents.
