Short description: The aim of the project is to implement age management, understood as a way of management with regard to the age of employees, in our company. This kind of management takes into account the development of life phases of people in the workplace with regard to their changing sources (health, competences, but also values, views and motivations). Thus, this concept focuses on people and the changes they undergo during their work life. The principles of age management will be anchored in the comprehensive personnel strategy within the change of the company management.
Key activities: Drafting the age management strategy. Implementing age management into manager's jobs. Taking measures to promote health and increase job satisfaction of employees. Educating employees in the field of age management and creating of an educational system for Industry 4.0.
