How it works
Fill in the quick order and pack the parcel. The carrier will pick it up at your place and he will bring a shipping label with him containing the shipping data of your order. Before handling the parcel to the carrier, stick the shipping label on it. The price for the delivery service will be paid directly to the carrier. You can pay by cash, and if the carrier is equipped with a payment terminal, you can also pay by card.
This type of ordering applies to shipping within the Czech Republic. If you need to send a parcel abroad, use our application My DPD (tab Registration). You can get more information by writing us an e-mail to our applications technical support at firstname.lastname@example.org, at www.dpd.cz/mojedpd or by calling us on +420 225 373 373.
Order the shipping in My DPD application. If you do not have the access data yet, you can ask for it by writing us at email@example.com. My DPD application will allow you to order the shipping, print out the shipping labels or to save your client's contact details. We will send you the invoice for the shipping via e-mail.
Send us a few basic details and we will get back to you to settle everything.

- Parcel shipping can be ordered by default 1 working day before the required day of the parcel pick-up.
- If you are our registered client, you have the shipping labels printed out at the pick-up address and you order the shipping by phone on +420 225 373 373 before 12:00, your parcels can be picked up on the same day in these towns (we recommend you to use the CTRL+F keyboard shortcut and fill in your Postal Code to find out quickly if your location is on the list).
- Moreover, we offer you to schedule regular pick-ups of your parcels. If you are interested in this service, please contact your sales representative.
