Classical: the return parcel label enclosed.

You enclose a fully prepared return label with your shipment. Your consignee packs the goods, sticks the label on the parcel and hands it in at the Pickup parcelshop. Or arranges for it to be picked up from his/her ParcelLock box.

 

Efficient: returns on request.

You only send the return label as a PDF by email when requested by the consignee. The benefit to you: in response to the request you can enquire about the reason for the return. This saves resources and reduces work.

 

Individual: returns by email.

Again on request, you send the consignee a link by email to DPD's convenient Returns Portal. Here the consignee can simply download the return label – as a PDF or as a mobile return label for paperless shipping.

 

Integrated: returns by click.

You send a link to the DPD Returns Portal either in your shipping confirmation or directly in your online shop. Here your consignee can arrange for the return – while you save on resources and have an overview of all operations.

 

Innovative: the DPD Return button.

From mid-2017 your consignees will be able to place a return order in the DPD app with a single click. The app automatically creates the return label for printing, or a QR code which the consignee can then simply display at the Pickup parcelshop.

 

Flexible: the multicarrier label.

The multicarrier label now also enables consignees to return DHL parcels via one of our 6,000 Pickup parcelshops.

Option: We also collect goods which are the subject of complaint: we collect the goods from the customer and return them to you or to a third party, e.g. the manufacturer.
