Freedom is no more waiting for parcels.
With DPD’s Parcel Navigator you never lose sight of your parcels. If at any time you won’t be at home, you can specify when and where we should deliver your shipment.
Your redirection options at a glance:

- postponing delivery by up to 7 days
Track your parcel directly in the app or on paketnavigator.de. On the day of delivery our Live-Tracking informs you of the one-hour time window in which we will deliver your parcel. Shortly before the delivery you then learn down to the last 30 minutes exactly when we will be ringing your doorbell.
As the consignee of a Predict parcel you are notified on the day of delivery by email, SMS or push message exactly when your parcel will be arriving – down to the last hour!
ParcelLock
Freedom means not needing to be at home when a parcel arrives.
The innovative ParcelLock box is a real all-rounder: it means you don't need to be around in order to take delivery of your parcels, and enables you to ship parcels and returns conveniently from your own home. The secure and flexible system is available both to DPD and to other parcel service providers.

Pickup parcelshop
Freedom is just having to
pop around the corner.
With more than 6,000 Pickup parcelshops in Germany we're never far away. We take delivery of parcels for you if you aren't at home. You can then pick them up whenever it suits you best. Just as flexibly you can hand in return parcels at the Pickup parcelshop and have them sent back to the shipper.
Returns
Return to sender:
it's easy with DPD.
If at any time you decide not to keep the contents of a parcel, you can simply send them back again. With DPD the return shipment is fast and easy.

DPD makes return shipping uncomplicated. All suppliers, shops and companies which ship parcels with us can offer you an uncomplicated and efficient returns service. The parcel is back with the consignor in no time.

Printing out a return label.
Simple and environmentally friendly - you can now fill out the return label online yourself, then print it out and stick it on the parcel. And because all parcels no longer contain a return label, this saves a lot of paper. We say 'thank you', and so does the environment.
