You can use the ParcelLock system to send and receive your DPD parcels. To be able to use your parcel box for shipping with DPD, register on parcellock.de with your name and address and release DPD for the use of your parcel box. You can then enter your ParcelLock ID in the \"Pickup from ParcelLock\" option for returns. To receive parcels in your parcel box, you have to provide a parking permit for DPD in your ParcelLock user account. Once this is set up, we will always deliver your parcels in your ParcelLock box.
