DPD Pickup: the biggest coverage in the Russian Federation
Moscow, 23 April 2019 – DPD Russia’s partner parcel shop network Pickup has become the biggest in terms of geographical coverage in the country. Its offices are situated in more than 670 cities and towns of Russia.
Among the major partners of DPD Pickup are Rostelecom, Halva, 220 Volt and Ulmart. Last year a number of Citilink stores joined the partner network, too.
« One of our strategy components is geographic expansion. Over 2018 we added about 100 new cities and towns », says Irina Zilberberg, Head of DPD Russia Partner Network. « In the near future we are planning to surpass the point of 700 localities ».
DPD Pickup parcel shops are situated in the Eurasian Economic Union as well. The overall number of points is more than 4,000, and the number of cities and towns, counting the parcel shops of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, is 745. Last year saw a significant increase of the number of points in Kazakhstan, and in January 2019 DPD launched its own locker network in Belarus.
