Moscow, October 21, 2019 — The company was awarded in one of the most significant categories — Delivery to the Customer. DPD Russia received the Bolshoi Oborot, one of the most prestigious awards in the field of e-commerce. The company won in Delivery to the Customer category.
It is the second time DPD Russia has been awarded the prize: it first happened two years ago, in 2017, when the company won in Logistics category.
Four companies competed for the right to be called the best in this category. DPD Russia won a landslide victory gaining 48% of the vote.
The Bolshoi Oborot is awarded for outstanding achievements and contributions to retail e-commerce development. Among the nominees are online stores, multichannel retailers, service companies and e-commerce professionals who have significantly influenced the industry.
The jury of the competition is made up of only active business experts — the owners and top managers of e-commerce companies.
“Thanks to everyone who voted for us. This award is both a high assessment of our work and a great responsibility”, says Aleksey Merzlyakov, DPD Russia Marketing Director. “We will continue to develop and implement different services to make our customers’ businesses even more successful.”
