GeoPost / DPDgroup becomes the majority shareholder of TIPSA

GeoPost / DPDgroup becomes the majority shareholder of TIPSA, a company specialized in express transport.


This agreement allows the international group to strengthen its value proposition in Spain and its ambition in the healthcare sector. GeoPost/ DPDgroup, which is also the majority shareholder of SEUR since 2012, will maintain both brands that will operate independently with their current management teams, a model implemented in other European countries. In 2019, both companies already announced the entry of the GeoPost / DPDgroup into the capital of the company.

According to Yves Delmas, COO of GeoPost / DPDgroup in Europe and Chairman of SEUR and TIPSA,
