Coronavirus (Covid-19)

Our teams are fully dedicated to overcome this crisis and maintain our delivery whenever it is possible. With Covid-19’s reach and development worldwide, at DPDgroup, we have been monitoring the situation closely and following the advice issued by World Health Organisation and national authorities.

We ensured to not only protect and accompany our staff and customers, but also made the appropriate adjustments to our organization and work schedules to ensure safe and viable working conditions for the next months.

These measures include:

  • Contactless delivery,

  • Social distancing measures, facial masks, adjusted shifts, and hydro-alcoholic gel. Those measures apply to our staff but also to temporary workers and subcontractors,

  • Extensive communication to all our staff on the importance of basic hygiene protocol based on the recommendations of the World Health Organisation, with a particular focus on hand hygiene,

  • Telework for office staff,

  • A clear travel ban policy for all our people in line with the latest guidelines given by local/national authorities,

  • In the event of a suspected Covid-19 case amongst our workforce, we will adhere to the guidelines issued by the relevant national authority,

  • Due to specific national/local sanitary conditions, specific collection & delivery processes can be put in place locally in some areas,

  • Due to shops closing and lockdown measures in several countries, we do our best to ensure normal quality service, but it is not always possible.

If you have question, we advise you to contact your usual account manager or local health authorities.

DPDgroup deploys extraordinary measures to cope with the unprecedented and exceptionally high volumes of the new Covid peak period. DPDgroup expects the highest shipping volumes ever, and the Group will do its best to support its customers through this record-breaking season.
