1. Digital project management
Manage projects cross-functionally with all stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, IT, Operations...) of the Group and Business Units.
Coordinate user requirements and formalise their descriptions, consistently with operational and IT processes
Manage project resources (time, budget, teams) and maintain planning and budget report
Deliver solutions in scope, on budget, on time.
Identify risks and propose contingency plans when needed
Ensure development, UATs, communication and change management activities (trainings, documentation), of new or evolving services
Create and maintain the sales support materials
Design the trainings and train the Business units’ trainers on the benefits and uses of the solutions.
Coordinate end-to-end tests with Business units
Act as “business owner” of the group digital solutions in their scope of responsibility
2. Digital Shipping solutions Expertise and market watch
Share business units best practices regarding shipping solutions & customer integration (from ad’hoc to medium contract customers)
Watch shipping services market evolutions (user experience, technologies).
Develop informed opinion about marketplaces, multi-services platforms, resellers
Define a roadmap for DPDgroup shipping solutions
Monitor the performances of the shipping services (activity, performance, costs…)
Identify potential service improvements of existing solutions
Actively promote group shipping services to internal customers
Be the reference contact for BU’s requests regarding the managed services.
Sector and Technical expertise :
Excellent understanding of order-to-cash and commercial administration processes in CEP sector
Understanding of BU’s offerings and common services
General understanding of operations and main underlying systems
Knowledgeable on CEP market in Europe
Customer integration technologies (TMS, e-shop plugins, off- and on-line shipping solutions…)
Web projects on multiple technology platforms (mobile apps and desktop)
Web-based selling business models (standalone sites, brokers, and marketplaces)
Ability to leverage technologies as they evolve

5 years “field” experience in a Transportation Management Software company (MetaPack, Packlink, PitneyBowes, Boxtal, PackCity… as a small customers integration specialist, or in a transportation company (express integrators), and/or an online marketplace (Amazon Business, eBay B2B…).
The position is reporting directly to the Digital Projects Senior Manager.
Functional management of BUs product marketeers and project teams. No hierarchical management.
