What you’ll do

Tasks

  • Responsibility for the functional development of the group-wide content management system
  • Head of the international CMS Product Community
  • Training and support for our CMS users in 22 countries
  • Responsible for the DPDgroup website
  • Optimization of our digital touchpoints through A/B testing and personalization
  • Head of the international Conversion Rate Optimization Community
  • Cross-functional collaboration with our UX designers, SEO and analytics experts, as well as communications and IT
  • Responsibility for the email marketing tool and its rollout in the European business units.
  • Creation of digital marketing materials such as banners, videos or microsites and support of the business units with local adaptations
  • Management of external service providers and agencies

Your profile

Requirements

  • Relevant degree preferably in the field of business administration, (online) marketing, communication sciences or a comparable training
  • 3+ years of experience with content management systems
  • Good knowledge of conversion rate optimization, especially A / B testing
  • Experience in project management as well as independent and solution-oriented way of thinking and working
  • High affinity for online marketing and digital trends
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent written and spoken English, German or French an advantage
