Major contributor to developing the knowledge on the courier express parcel market and consumer insights, both at a pan-European level, you will be integrated in the Market Research Department of DPDgroup, based in Issy les Moulineaux.
In this position, you will :
have a central role in running consumer surveys at a European level,
be actively involved in sharing the insights with the various internal and external stakeholders,
support in providing market data, be it in connection to legal and institutional procedures, or to ad-hoc requests from group entities,
make ad-hoc synthesis notes on industry news, the evolution of the economic landscape, competition monitoring, trends, players’ strategies etc.,
bring added value at the set-up phase of marketing and communications transversal pan-European project (e.g.: the utilization of consumer surveys, with a set-up/update of brand content tools),
be an active member of the European market research community, contributing to strengthening the connections between the central and local teams, within a decentralized organization
contribute to maintaining and developing a high level of internal technical expertise within the Research Department
Master’s degree in Marketing / Market Research
Proven market research analysis experience (at least 5 years)
Ideally, you have a first experience in handling international surveys and are open to short-time business trips in Europe.
Excellent knowledge of the Office pack, good knowledge of SPSS
Business English is a must ! German or another European language would be a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and critical thinking, ability to multi-task
