GeoPost/DPDgroup at 2022 Polis Conference : Advancing together towards zero-emission urban logistics by 2030

On 30th November – 1st December, GeoPost/DPDgroup is taking part to POLIS, the leading European network for urban mobility issues held in Brussels, Belgium. This year marks GeoPost/DPDgroup's 5th annual participation and the opportunity to showcase the company's transport achievements and expertise in sustainable delivery.

 

POLIS is the leading network of European cities and regions working together to develop innovative technologies and policies for local transport. This two-day annual conference is a must-attend event to engage with a panel of renowned mobility experts, practitioners and decision-makers.

GeoPost/DPDgroup’ s annual participation allowed to confirm that this event is key to be aware of the topics of interest for city authorities but also to address the mobility stakeholders at a European scale.

 

Caryn-Ann Allen, Group Deputy Director, Sustainability at GeoPost/DPDgroup, will be speaking on 1st December at 2.15 pm on a panel entitled:

“5F: POLIS & ALICE: Advancing together towards zero-emission urban logistics by 2030”.

 

Caryn-Ann Allen will address the portfolio of solutions that GeoPost/DPDgroup  is rolling out throughout Europe to face the e-shoppers’ demands on a one hand, while meeting the company's commitments to achieve net-zero target by 2040 on the other hand.

These solutions notably include increasing GeoPost/DPDgroup's low-emission fleet, optimizing urban depots and reinforcing the air quality monitoring programme.
