GeoPost/DPDgroup increases its stake in Aramex to 24.9%
GeoPost/DPDgroup, a subsidiary of the Groupe La Poste, increased its stake in Aramex to 24.9%, following the purchase of shares in the open market.
Aramex is a listed entity on the Dubai Financial Markets. On October 20th, 2021, GeoPost/DPDgroup announced it had acquired 21.6% of the outstanding share capital of Aramex. The investment is subject to notification to the competent regulatory authorities.
