Ninja Van makes the list of Great Place to Work® certified companies in Singapore

Ninja Van, Southeast Asia’s leading tech-enabled express logistics company has been named a Great Place to Work® certified company in Singapore.

Great Place to Work® is a global people analytics and consulting firm, that provides assessments on the work experience of employees through their annual certification program. In 2021, more than 10,000 organizations participated in the survey process, representing the voices of 19.8 million employees in 106 countries. In Singapore, 100 companies received the
certification in 2021. This independent recognition is based on the results of a Trust Index survey which is administered annually and gathers data on employees’ experiences in the workplace.

"Ninja Van is committed to put our people first and build a close-knit environment. The company’s regular employee engagement programs through team-building lunches, social events, 360 feedback exercise, weekly one-on-one sessions between managers and employees have encouraged inclusion and equity at the workplace,”

said Ninja Van Group’s Chief People Officer, Imran Bustamam.

“This is not just a significant milestone for Ninja Van, but more so a reflection of our people and the great culture we have created together over the years.”

According to the survey findings, most employees said Ninja Van was a physically safe place to work. A majority of employees also indicated that they found senior management approachable and they felt they were working alongside people who are “willing to give extra to get the job done”. A culture of fairness, camaraderie, credibility, justice, respect and pride also ranked high on the responses submitted by employees

"We are truly happy that Ninja Van has embarked on this Certification journey as a company and to join our global community of CertifiedTM companies in building a high-trust and positive workplace culture for its employees. It also shows how investing in people is a proven path to business success,”
