SEUR awarded twice in the Cegos Awards for Best Practices in Human Resources

  • The XIII edition of the Cegos Awards has awarded the company's "Talento 360º" and "Last Mile Game" projects

  • These awards represent the best human resources practices in the market, as well as the most innovative projects that provide greater differential value in this field

SEUR has been doubly recognized in the XIII edition of the Cegos Awards for Best Practices in human resources, awarded by Equipos&Talento. Specifically, the company has been awarded in the Strategy and Transformation and Digitization & Humanization categories, which highlight the company's commitment to developing the best practices in human resources policies.

360° Talent

On the one hand, SEUR has been distinguished for its "360º Talent" project in the Strategy and Transformation category, an initiative to transform the talent management model that began in 2021 and has already become a benchmark model for its contribution to when reinforcing culture and leadership in the company. The main objective of "Talent 360º" is to identify, develop and retain talent, as well as evolve the performance model and identify the critical groups to guarantee the sustainability and growth of the organization. This model consolidates SEUR as a differential employer in the logistics sector, capable of having the best professionals, while developing growth policies according to the skills and potential of people, thus integrating the talent matrix with the key groups of the company.

Last Mile Game

On the other hand, the "Last Mile Game" was the second SEUR project awarded in this edition in the Digitization & Humanization category for its innovation. This is a unique initiative in the transport sector, where, through gamification, the skills, knowledge and digital competences of delivery people are measured. Thus, the creation of the "Last Mile Game" makes it possible to publicize what the work of a delivery person is like prior to joining the company and to detect, in a virtual environment, those situations that could be more complicated for the delivery fleet, which allows SEUR to anticipate and correct possible real errors and improve its quality indicators.

Esperanza Núñez, head of Talent at SEUR, points out:

"It is an honor for us to have been recognized by the Cegos Awards for our work in the field of human resources. Both are projects that excite us and encourage us to continue working in this We are a company committed to creating jobs and retaining talent. For this reason, we will continue working on innovative formulas so that everyone feels integrated and part of a unique project in our sector".
