With our delivery notification and Live-Tracking, you no longer need to waste time waiting for parcels. On the day of delivery we inform you down to the last hour exactly when your parcel will arrive! During Live-Tracking the time window even runs down to 30 minutes.

What makes our service so special:

  1. Full information flows to make sure the first delivery attempt is successful, our Predict service tells you the exact hour when your parcel will arrive.
  2. Live-Tracking: On the delivery day you can track your parcel on an online map and you can even see the number of stops the driver still has to make!
  3. Delivery preferences. Not at home? Simply give us a deposit okay and we will leave your parcel where you specify or the parcel can be redirected, for example to a parcel shop.

You decide when and where we deliver your parcel. If at any time you aren't at home, our options for changing the delivery mean you will never again miss a parcel.

Delivery to a safe place

Simply choose delivery to a safe place and we’ll leave your parcel in a safe place of your choice (e.g. in the garage). This is all you do:

- Select “Delivery to a safe place” from the redirection options
- Specify the safe place of your choice (e.g. “on the terrace”)
- Then if you're not at home we'll leave the parcel in the specified location

As a registered user, you can specify the deposit okay as your delivery preference, and we then apply this option for all future parcels.

Specifying a Pickup parcelshop

Redirect your parcel to a local Pickup parcelshop. This is all you do:

- Select “Specify Pickup parcelshop” from the redirection options
- Find a suitable nearby parcel shop - We’ll deliver the parcel to the parcel shop you have specified
- We will then deliver your parcel there

As a registered user you can specify a favourite parcel shop as your delivery preference, and we will apply this option for all future parcels

Changing the day

Have the parcel delivered on a different day. This is all you do:

- Select “Change day” from the redirection options
- In the calendar simply click on your preferred day
- We’ll deliver your parcel on the day you specify

- When ordering a transport select "delivered to Pickup"

- Or in an interactive SMS choose to take in the Pickup.

- When the package is delivered to Pickup will receive an SMS with information when you can pick up the package.

- Deposition of the parcel in the Pickup within 7 calendar days.

In order to provide you the ultimate user experience, with the possibility of C.O.D. paying, we offer a special convenience for this type of service - online payment through a secure online credit card authorisation system, WSPay. With online payment with Mastercard®, Aircash Mastercard®, Maestro®, Visa®, Diners® cards, KEKS Pay app but also with Aircash - the first Croatian digital wallet, DPD makes delivering parcels even simpler! Now you can pay your parcels online when you get a notification that the parcel is on delivery or when the courier has already arrived at your address.

Payment is possible on a one-time or instalment basis (up to six instalments). Installment payment is currently possible for the following cards: Mastercard (Zagrebačka banka), Erste - Diners, PBZ - Visa Premium.

Given the current situation related to the coronavirus pandemic, we wanted to develop a solution that will enable the safest possible delivery! That's why we have introduced PIN delivery - contactless, simple and secure parcel delivery.

How does PIN delivery work?

- When delivering the parcel, the driver will ask you for a PIN code, which he then enters into the scanner.

- Each PIN code is unique, it is created separately for each shipment. On the day of parcel delivery, you will receive a unique PIN code via e-mail or Viber/SMS message.

- In case you are not able to receive the parcel yourself, you can share the PIN code with a family member or friend so they can receive the parcel on your behalf. Because the PIN code acts as a personal identification, caution is advised when transferring the PIN code to another person.

- When receiving a parcel with a PIN code, additional written confirmation is no longer required. However, in case you delete or lose the PIN code by mistake, you will be able to receive the parcel, and the driver will note that the parcel has been delivered (enter the last name of the person who received the parcel, indicating COV 19).
